Taking it easy at the gym at the moment because my new shoes left huge wounds on the back of my heels. T.T
I don’t have work til 10:30 so it was nice to take my time going to the gym this morning. So yeah, lately I haven’t been taking care of myself. I mean physically yes, because I go to the gym 3 times a week, but I eat like complete shit. 
Last night out of nowhere I threw up the chocolate cake I had just ate. 😦 That was the 3rd time I vomitted in the past two weeks. Last night was really a wake up call to my terrible eating habits.. So I’m going to start eating healthier throughout the week again and cheat on occasion on the weekend. I should eat more whole grains, fruits, veggies, and all that jazz… -__- Maybe even drink tea. I hate tea..
I’m not doing this to lose weight because I finally learned to love my body, but I should really care about what I’m putting inside of it. :/ And going to the gym is good for me too. (Forcing myself to love running). 
But yeah.. Here’s to eating heather! T.T
